Thanks for the information in your mail.

When 2-factor verification is on, your account sign-in requires a combination of the following data: your username, your password and a mobile device or phone. The reason why you still get the "Text" option might exist that this is one of the default methods configured.

Delight first refer to Common problems with account two factor authentication and meet if you could use the solutions to add your phone number back and sign into your business relationship.

If the above doesn't piece of work, you might have to ask the IT admins in your organization to reset it for you. For more information, please refer to Set up multi-factor hallmark for users.

I understand that I might need to re-configure my 2FA settings just I cannot even login to change them that'southward the main problem.

Honey Jasmine,

MS Support contacted me via teams also I had a call with them and shared my screen.

They fully understand and aware of my outcome tomorrow they volition get back to me.

They are also checking from the back end.

I literally locked myself out state of affairs and kind of complicated unfortunately even the site admin cannot unlock my account it is similar 'I cut all the wires' from my account.

I will go on you posted about the progress also cheers for being helpful it means a lot to me!
